Eight systems to build
Arrival map
List the airport, railway station and road origin for every guest group. Build arrival waves, vehicle sizes, luggage capacity and realistic hill-road travel time before publishing an itinerary.
Rooming system
Confirm room categories, check-in windows, extra beds, accessibility needs, family clusters and overflow-property transfers. A room count without a rooming plan is not hospitality.
Function geography
Measure how guests move between rooms, lawns, banquet halls and after-parties. Account for slopes, stairs, weather, footwear, older guests and the time lost between locations.
Weather decision tree
Set the trigger, deadline and responsible person for moving each outdoor function. Pre-plan the indoor layout, decor adaptation, sound, food service and guest communication.
Production route
Map what must travel from Dehradun or another city, what can be sourced locally, loading windows, storage, staff accommodation, power and the time required to finish safely.
Permissions and policies
Confirm sound, fireworks, drones, alcohol, processions, outdoor timings and any destination-specific rules directly with the venue and responsible authorities.
Guest communication
Send one source of truth for travel, rooms, dress notes, weather, function timings and help contacts. Update it centrally when the plan changes.
Commercial buffer
Keep contingency for transport changes, additional rooms, weather protection, production delays and destination sourcing. A mountain wedding needs more operational margin than a city banquet.
